Principle Accountabilities :
- Starting business in a new location : Location appraisal and preparation of the approval.
- Sourcing of business : Sending disbursement plans to the Cluster Head.
- Monitoring of associate’s activities and productivity.
- Disbursements : Preparations of disbursements documents, withdrawal of money from bank and disbursal to customers.
- Preparation of collection documentation – Collection sheet and stickers.
- Authentication of MERC entries.
- Customer visits during collection cycle.
- Meeting first time defaulters immediately.
Coordinating with Legal and Cluster Head for action follow up.
