Branch Manager – Gold Loan

Principle Accountabilities :

• Starting business in a new location : Location appraisal and preparation of the approval.
• Sourcing of business : Sending disbursement plans to the Cluster Head.
• Monitoring of associate’s activities and productivity.
• Disbursements : Preparations of disbursements documents, withdrawal of money from bank and disbursal to customers.
• Preparation of collection documentation – Collection sheet and stickers.
• Authentication of MERC entries.
• Customer visits during collection cycle.
• Meeting first time defaulters immediately.
  Coordinating with Legal and Cluster Head for action follow up.
