Job Summary:
As the City Head for Business loans, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Business Loan operations within your designated city. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business through the channel sales, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
Utilize and expand a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the market to facilitate Business loans acquisition and distribution.
Effectively manage existing DSAs and recruit new ones, ensuring proper training, performance management, and compliance with company policies.
Possess local market knowledge and proficiency in the local language, which will be advantageous in understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in the same line of business, with a proven track record of DSA handling and Business Loan sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, and loan processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
