Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead our branch, oversee a team of Loan Officers, drive sales, ensure compliance, and manage queries from walk-in customers for Loans against property/Mortgage Loan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership
* Recruit, train, and motivate Loan Officers
* Set performance expectations and foster teamwork

2. Sales and Growth
* Develop and execute sales strategies
* Build relationships with referral sources

3. Loan Operations
* Oversee loan origination and processing
* Review loan applications and provide guidance

4. Customer Service
* Promote exceptional customer service
* Handle customer concerns
* Manage queries from walk-in customers

5. Financial Management:
* Manage the branch budget
* Analyze financial reports

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
* 3-5 years of mortgage lending experience
* Strong knowledge of lending regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
