City Head – LAP loans

Position Overview:
As the City Head for LAP loans, you will lead and oversee all aspects of LAP operations within your designated city. Reporting to the Zonal Head, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing a team, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:
• New Business Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business through the channel sales, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share.

• DSA Network:
Utilize and expand a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the market to facilitate LAP loans acquisition and distribution.

• DSA Management:
Effectively manage existing DSAs and recruit new ones, ensuring proper training, performance management, and compliance with company policies.

• Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Local Market Knowledge:
Possess local market knowledge and proficiency in the local language, which will be advantageous in understanding customer needs and market dynamics.

• Industry Experience:
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the same line of business, with a proven track record of DSA handling and LAP sales.

• Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of 10 people, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve business objectives.

Qualification: Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
