Profile Overview :

The Bank is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Officer who will be reaching out deep interiors to identify the needy people. Once identified, individuals are organized into group basis the comfort of the identified people. Outreach officer conducts orientation training.

Candidate will be under direct payroll of the Bank

Job Responsibilities : –
– Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards having potential for formation of Joint Liability Group or Self Help Groups.
– Minimum number of participant in a particular village / ward is very critical for execution of this activity.
– Participant Orientation: – Orientation training involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking and credit awareness.
– Participant Acquisition, Group Formation & Financial Literacy: – Collection of participants’ profile & get them into Group formation after orientation.
– Create baseline information about the Joint Liability Group or Self Help Groups.
Complete call visit report.
– Productivity: – Monthly Disbursement Target.

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Fresher to 3 years (relevant experience in BFSI or NBFC)*

Mandatory Requisites :

* Mandatory : 2 Wheeler
* Valid Driving License.
* Smartphone is a must
* Must be a localite and speak the local language
