Job description
- Managing the entire gamut of Google UAC and Facebook app campaigns in-house
- Developing, grooming and managing teams to ensure campaign strategy via seamless operations
- Having a good understanding of relevant digital trends in the industry to ensure staying ahead of the curve with respect to state-of-the-art tools, technologies and methodologies
- Ensuring maturity & agility to manage campaigns with a monthly performance marketing budget of more than ₹10 Crores with effective spend plans across channels & campaigns leading to the optimization of CAC
- Optimizing the conversion and hence business from channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Emails, Push Notifications, OBD, RCS etc.
- Having a stronghold specific to each CRM channel (WhatsApp, SMS, Emails, Push Notificationsetc) to help optimize conversions from a product marketing standpoint
- Coordinating regularly with the Partner Networks to ensure growth in Digital Landscape
- Identifying new partner networks which can generate Qualified Leads
- Ensuring Funnel Movement (for existing leads without loan disbursement) and Customer Retention via Repeat Disbursement from existing leads via Re-marketing & Marketing Automation Campaigns
- Managing analyst relations program, ensure regular engagement with key analysts and ensure coverage in relevant reports
- Devising Digital strategies to drive online traffic to the company app &website
- Identifying the assets to support digital campaigns such as info-graphics, videos, podcasts, email, etc. and trending topics to base content
- Having the technical insight to optimize the website for search engines, primarily Google
- Developing teams for executing all SEO& ASO strategies and Content postings on Forums, Review sites, Blogs, and social sites.
- Ensuring up-to-date, grammatically & syntactically correct and contextually relevant content & collaterals optimized for performance marketing & SEO/ASO
- Ensuring that digital guidelines & compliances are followed in all online initiatives and track results
- Ensuring weekly & monthly reports of marketing campaign’s performance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and knowledge sources for working on all content and lead generation activities
- Evaluating a competitor’s data & market conditions
- Monitoring key web & social media statistics and apply learning to optimize campaigns
Experience
10+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing Space handling both Performance & Brand Marketing
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Project Management & Communication skills
- Enthusiastic about tapping the digital opportunity
Desirable Skills
- Experience in Marketing Attribution Platforms like Appsflyer etc.
- Experience in Marketing Automation Tools like CleverTap etc.
- Strong data interpretation skills to identify appropriate trends
- Technical & Product understanding to drive initiatives wherever there’s intersection between Tech & Product teams
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
