Qualification & Experience

1. Should have completed minimum 2 years in TL role in papers
2. Should have Correspondent PPR/UW experience of minimum 4-5 years
3. Should have excellent Interpersonal, Written and verbal communication Skills
4. Should have good leadership, Decision-making, Organizational and time-management skills
5. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
