Job Overview:

We're hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Karimnagar branch, oversee a team of Loan Officers, drive sales, ensure compliance, and manage queries from walk-in customers for Loans against property/Mortgage Loan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership

• Recruit, train, and motivate Loan Officers
• Set performance expectations and foster teamwork

2. Sales and Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Build relationships with referral sources

3. Loan Operations
• Oversee loan origination and processing
• Review loan applications and provide guidance

4. Customer Service
• Promote exceptional customer service
• Handle customer concerns
• Manage queries from walk-in customers

5. Financial Management:
• Manage the branch budget
• Analyze financial reports

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 3-5 years of mortgage lending experience
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
