Job Summary
The Regional Manager – Two Wheeler Loans is responsible for managing and expanding the two-wheeler loan business across a defined region. The role involves driving sales growth, managing dealer and channel partnerships, overseeing credit quality, and leading regional teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive two-wheeler loan sales and portfolio growth across the assigned region.
Manage and develop relationships with two-wheeler dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve regional disbursement, revenue, and market share targets.
Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure healthy asset quality (NPAs, delinquency control).
Supervise and guide area managers, sales managers, and field teams.
Implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities in the region.
Coordinate with credit, underwriting, risk, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews of branch/channel partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Strengthen dealer network and expand presence in new markets within the region.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance (preferred).
Experience
Typically 10–15 years of experience in vehicle finance, retail lending, or sales management.
Prior experience in two-wheeler finance or dealer management is highly preferred.
Experience in handling regional or multi-branch operations.
