Role Overview

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and product-oriented professional to drive customer monetization through credit card lead generation partnerships.

This role will be responsible for building and scaling a revenue stream by partnering with banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies, where Company’s existing customer base is leveraged for credit card acquisition programs.

The role will have end-to-end ownership of the business P&L, including partner onboarding, product integrations, campaign optimization, and revenue realization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Ownership & P&L Management

  • Own the end-to-end monetization P&L for credit card lead generation from Company’s customer base.

  • Define revenue targets, cost structures, and profitability metrics.

  • Track and optimize conversion funnels, partner payouts, and monetization yields.

2. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and onboard banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners for credit card distribution.

  • Structure commercial models such as CPL, CPA, revenue share, and hybrid structures.

  • Manage ongoing relationships with partner institutions to maximize revenue and performance.

3. Product-Led Monetization

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build scalable lead-generation solutions within the Company’s app ecosystem.

  • Design product journeys for customer discovery, eligibility, and lead transfer.

  • Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B testing and user journey improvements.

4. Customer Analytics & Targeting

  • Leverage Company’s rich customer data to identify high-intent segments for credit card cross-sell.

  • Work with data teams to build targeting models, eligibility filters, and campaign strategies.

  • Monitor performance metrics including CTR, lead quality, approval rate, and revenue per user.

5. Campaign & Growth Management

  • Launch and optimize in-app campaigns, notifications, and cross-sell journeys.

  • Continuously refine lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates and monetization efficiency.

6. Compliance & Risk Alignment

  • Ensure that partner integrations and lead-sharing mechanisms adhere to data privacy, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal risk, legal, and compliance teams.

  1. Revenue generated from credit card lead monetization

  2. Revenue per customer / per lead

  3. Lead-to-approval conversion rates

  4. Partner acquisition and performance

  5. Product journey conversion improvements


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, credit cards, partnerships, or product-led growth roles.

  • Experience in credit card partnerships, affiliate programs, or financial product distribution is highly preferred.

  • Exposure to product management or product-led growth will be a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Strong commercial and P&L ownership mindset

  • Experience in partnerships, BD, or monetization strategy

  • Ability to work with product and engineering teams on integrations

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
