Process Excellence Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead in-house process standardization and improvement projects, focusing on defining and improving operational processes.
· Create comprehensive process documents, including SIPOC, process flows, Swim lanes, desktop procedures, and value stream mapping, to visualize current workflows and pinpoint areas for standardization and efficiency improvements.
· Develop performance metrics and KPIs aligned with standardization goals, monitor progress, and propose corrective actions to meet process improvement targets.
· Ensure defined processes are consistently followed, documented, and controlled, while also identifying opportunities for enhancing process maturity.
· Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align business objectives with process improvements and standardization initiatives, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct detailed gap analyses and process assessments to identify inefficiencies, areas of risk, and opportunities for streamlining and enhancing performance.
· Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
· Provide leadership in the design and implementation of process automation and digital solutions where applicable, to reduce process variance and improve accuracy.
· Mentor and train junior team members and cross-functional teams in process improvement practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
· Oversee process audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to standardized processes and identify further optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
· 2-7 years of experience in process excellence, or continuous improvement, with hands- on experience managing process improvement projects.
· Sigma Black/ Green Belt Certification
· Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC, DMADV) tools and techniques (e.g. SIPOC, VSM, RCA, Fishbone, FMEA)
· Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies
· Extensive experience in process mapping &related tools
· Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
· Ability to manage multiple parallel process improvement projects
· Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, SPSS, R, or similar) for analyzing data, measuring performance, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
