Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and analytically strong professional to work closely with the Regional Business Head. The candidate will be responsible for handling business planning, sales data analysis, reporting, presentations, and management coordination activities for the regional business.

The role requires excellent analytical capability, presentation skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform detailed sales and business data analysis to identify trends, business gaps, and growth opportunities.

  2. Maintain and analyze regional sales data and prepare actionable business insights.

  3. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and business performance reports.

  4. Create impactful presentations for senior management and leadership reviews.

  5. Support the Regional Business Head in strategic business planning and growth initiatives.

  6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for business updates, reporting, and operational activities.

  7. Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring.

  8. Handle documentation, management reporting, and presentation-related activities.

  9. Work collaboratively within a 4-member regional support team.

  10. Travel as required for business coordination and review meetings.

Mandatory Skills

  1. Strong hands-on experience in Data Analysis is mandatory.

  2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas, data interpretation).

  3. Strong PowerPoint and presentation preparation skills.

  4. Ability to interpret business/sales data and convert it into meaningful insights.

  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Female candidate with strong business understanding and leadership coordination experience.

  2. MBA from Tier 1 institutes preferred; strong Tier 2 institutes may also be considered.

  3. Candidates from reputed institutes with strong academic pedigree preferred.

  4. Smart, dynamic, proactive, and capable of handling senior leadership interactions.

  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

  6. MIS functional exposure is good to have.

  7. Open to travelling for business requirements.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or corporate business planning/analytics backgrounds will be preferred.

Skills Must Have
  • MBA from Tier 1 institute
