Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loans to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in two-wheeler loan sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. This role involves driving business growth through dealer/channel partner management, field sales, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and disbursement of two-wheeler loans in the assigned territory.
* Identify and onboard new dealers, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and channel partners.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
* Lead and manage a team of sales executives; monitor performance and provide necessary training and support.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth processing of loan applications.
* Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Regular reporting of sales activities, lead conversion, and other key metrics to senior management.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Loan Sales or financial services related to vehicle loans.
* Strong network of dealers, DSA, and channel partners in the region.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, and loan processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
